Paul Moran

Founder

For more than 35 years I have been successfully delivering change to both startups and corporate clients across multiple sectors. Working with nascent / developing healthtech startups, it really came home to me the obstacles organisations face when trying to sell their products into this sector. Securing compliance in an ever evolving maze of standards and regulations is both complex and a ‘must’ if you want to sell your product and grow. It is clear that many startups and SMEs’ were initially unsure where to begin their compliance journey, of those that started many struggled and were overwhelmed by the challenge. Knowing that I could help, I co-founded Framework Genie with Joey with the aim to help businesses find their easiest route to success.

I am the Co-Founder of Framework Genie, a company that specialises in compliance and information governance. We help entrepreneurs and their businesses to stand out, scale up, and enable opportunities to sell into new markets. Whether your business is a startup, SME, or member of an Academic Health Science Network (AHSN), we have the deep knowledge and experience to understand your business quickly, and we speak the language of regulations so you don’t have to. For over 27 years, I have been leading teams who have delivered major projects, software solutions, and business change at all scales from x3 start ups across to global corporations across the UK, Europe, US, and China. My aim is to deliver a stress and hassle free route to achieving your compliance outcomes, solving your problems quickly and sensitively.

As a sales and marketing professional with experience in the healthcare sector I was invited to consult with Joey and Paul with the aim to help Framework Genie find the best route to market the business and create new business opportunities to ensure we enable the easiest route to success. Working with corporate, SME’s, Government and Membership Organisations I lead teams to maximise performance and deliver a sales and marketing strategy for business development and company growth. As an excellent communicator I quickly develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders and clients to meet business plans and create excellence in customer service.

I am a doctor with over 15 years experience working as an NHS clinician in General medicine and sexual health at every level from the community to highly specialised tertiary settings. I have worked for the United Nations Population Fund in Bangladesh in both national health policy making and educational roles. With my breadth of experience, I have an understanding of what a health care system needs to function well and safely and know how to deliver this in Clinical Risk settings.
